5-8 StoryQuest

$245

with Steven Crooke

Calendar Current session started Sep 9, 2024 at 4 pm, runs for 7 weeks

Part “D&D” style tabletop role-playing game, part playwriting, part improv - all epic exploits! StoryQuest invites a group of young thrill seekers to craft characters, build worlds, and embark together on a thrilling quest. Over our 7 weeks together, you’ll journey through and help create an original fantasy world, understanding why and how worldbuilding and character creation go from the inklings of an idea to a critical puzzle piece in the fabric of a story. Players will have the option to bring their character to life up on their feet, improvising and reacting in real time as the game plays itself out. This program is perfect for those interested in creative exploration but less inclined towards performing for an audience.

For 5th-8th grade students from any school.

Meets at Aspen Middle School from 4-5:30pm, Monday Sept 9th - Monday Oct 21st
