K-1st Program #4: Pure Imagination

Come with us to create a world of pure imagination! Inspired by Willy Wonka and his famous chocolate factory, join together for a week of making dance moves and singing songs from the hit movie. Campers will create their own candy bars, belt out familiar hits, and concoct the tale of a brand new group of children’s (mis)adventures through the Chocolate Factory.

2nd-3rd Two Week Production #2: The Works of Shel Silverstein

Session is designed for students entering 2nd and 3rd Grade

Dates: July 8 - 19 | Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Places please! Join in on the creation of a brand new play featuring the collected work of Shel Silverstein. This high energy program encourages young creatives to work as a team while navigating their own, unique voice. Watch as this beloved author’s classic stories come to life with original staging, props, and costumes all made by the actors. 

In our brand new Two Week Production Camps, 2nd and 3rd Graders will have a chance to put a show on its feet including auditioning for character, memorizing lines and songs, and working with costumes, props, and a set! The Works of Shel Silverstein is a play, and will have acting and some singing and movement, but not all actors will need to sing or dance. 

This program concludes with a performance for friends and families July 19th.

Get ready to unleash your inner superstar! This high energy session prepares the next generation of pop stars for life in the spotlight. This dynamic camp includes loud and proud singing of familiar hits, creating eye-catching choreography and (of course) walking the red carpet onto the stage to perform. Camp concludes with a raucous concert! Taylor Swift who?

Full Course

K-1st Program #6: Just Keep Swimming

Session is designed for students entering Kindergarten / 1st Grade

Dates: July 15 - 19 | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Climb aboard explorers! We are heading towards the drop-off in this session exploring the music of our 4-7th grade production: Finding Nemo Jr.! Young actors will design their own coral-reef, dive through the big blue world, and fish for family-centered tales of belonging and “swimming together!” Campers will conclude camp with an original performance featuring the musical hits from this heartwarming show.

2nd-4th: Improv Camp

Time to think on your feet! This class is built on the foundation of comedy: improvisation. Working as a team, campers will play a wide variety of improv games and experience the power of YES! Loved ones are welcome to the camp comedy club for a live showcase of skills learned over this lively week. 

Camp days include improvisation games, design, and outdoor team time.

5th-8th: Stage Makeup & Special Effects (Morning Camp)

$210

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm 

Session is designed for students entering 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade. 

Tuition: $210 (tuition cost reflects inclusion of materials fee for design heavy camps)

Ever wish to be old, a fantastical creature, or look like you just got in a fight? Make those wishes into reality in Stage Makeup & Special Effects. In this camp we’ll transform ourselves, twisting and painting our faces to become distinct characters. Name tags included if you’re unrecognizable to your grown ups at pick up.  

Campers will go home on Friday with a portfolio of unique looks constructed in class. 

Campers can join us for full days of camp this week by registering for both Stage Makeup & Special Effects AND Sketch Comedy. Campers enrolled in both camps will join our full day camps for lunch between their two camp sessions.

 

K-1st Program #7: Suddenly, Xanadu!

Meet the muses in the roller rink! The gods are touching down to earth for a brief week and we are soaking up their artistic inspiration. Young campers will fall in love with the music and story of our 8-12 grade summer production: Xanadu! In this session, campers will debut their roller skating abilities, belt out familiar favorites, and design a pegasus to soar through the clouds. Campers will leave camp with an original performance featuring music from the show, and an undeniable RDE (Roller Disco Energy!)

5th-8th: Sketch Comedy (Afternoon Camp)

Session is designed for students entering 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade.

‘Live from Aspen, it’s Friday afternoon Live!’ Campers will learn the basics of comedic story structure and put their writing skills to the test, gaining  insight into what it means to produce a sketch from the writers room to live on stage. Friends and families are welcome to join us at the camp comedy club for a showcase of the sketches we’ve written through the week.
