Conditioning & Technique for Dancers

Dancers, get ready to work! This conditioning class will use exercises from dance, circus, gymnastics, agility, and strength training to hone and sharpen dance technique. The foundation of any strong dancer is in their strength, flexibility, and endurance. We'll focus on building strong bodies and increasing kinesthetic awareness of the mechanics of movement to make you a better, smarter dancer. This class is open to students grades 5-12.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-6:30pm (November 29 - December 15)
Please note that there will be no class on Thursday December 1st due to the Aspen High School trip to ThesCon.
